Clara Aabye Madsen is a PhD student at the Neurobiology Research Unit, Copenhagen University Hospital, Rigshospitalet, Denmark. She holds an MSc in Molecular Biomedicine from the University of Copenhagen and has been actively involved in psychedelic research since completing her degree. Her research focuses on understanding how classical psychedelics affect the brain. Using preclinical neuroimaging and behavioral neuroscience techniques she investigates the pharmacological, behavioral and persistent molecular effects of classical psychedelics in pigs.
