The Abstract Submission Deadline is August 1, 2019. There will be no "Late Breaking" submissions
- • There is no charge or fee to submit an abstract for ISRP, 2019.
- • Full, Affiliate, Associate, and Trainee registrants may submit an abstract for consideration of an oral or poster presentation.
- • Abstracts submissions can be for 1 of 3 options: 1) An oral presentation prefered; 2) Oral presentation only, poster unacceptable; 3) Poster. Please indicate in your email which of these options you are submitting your abstract for. If you choose Option 1 or 2, please further indicate the oral format you prefer (15 min, 30 min, either)
- • The poster session will be held Saturday, October 19 at 5:00pm (17:00 h). Posters will be available for viewing for the duration of the conference.
- • Submit abstracts by email to: HTR2AC[at]gmail.com
- • Include in the Subject Line: ISRP 2019 abstract: presenting author and registration category (e.g., Regular, Associate, Affiliate, Trainee).
- • Attach your abstract as a Word file (see formatting instructions below).
- Prepare a Word Document with this format:
- One page limit inclusive of title, authors and affiliations, abstract body and funding sources.
- Arial font, 11 pt, single space.
- Margins: 1” left, 1” right, 1” top, 1” bottom.
- Title: Use a short, specific title in sentence format and bolded text.
- Authors and affiliations: List all authors (first name, last name), denote presenting author with an underline. Note- abstracts are required to be submitted by the presenting author. Use superscript numbers after each name in the author list to indicate affiliation. After author list, leave one line blank and then write affiliations. Leave one line blank after affiliations and then write abstract body.
- Body of abstract: 350 words maximum. Abbreviations should be spelled out in full at first mention, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
- Support: Include the source(s) of research support at the end of the abstract.
